In the night

St. Petersburg is a northern city where we have just around fifty sunny days throughout the year. Long, alomost polar winter is the dificult time which lasts a few months, and there is a lack of daylight in this period.

During my walks, I am looking for traces of light in the streets, in public transport, in the old yards, and in the enigmatic space of a former Swedish church St Catherine.
How does it affect our behavior, and emotional state of people living here ?
